Grey's Anatomy 4.12 - Where The Wild Things Are Spoilers

Dis-ingenuousness is the theme of Grey's Anatomy's first episode back.  Two brothers are in a horrific car accident, one critically injured, but an underlying romantic rivalry may be the most difficult injury to heal.

Meanwhile, an elderly patient named Otis reminisces about things he would change if he could rewind the clock.  Once he realizes his illness is not serious, however, he changes his tune.
